1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PayRush application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
PayRush provides an Earned Wage Access (EWA) platform that allows eligible employees to access a portion of their accrued but unpaid wages prior to their scheduled payday. PayRush is not a lender and does not offer loans or credit.
3. Eligibility
To use PayRush, you must be a resident of South Africa, over 18 years of age, and employed by a company that has partnered with PayRush. Your access limits are determined based on the data provided by your employer.
4. Fees
We charge a fixed, transparent transaction fee for each withdrawal or value-added service (like airtime or electricity) processed through our platform. There are no interest rates, late fees, or hidden charges.
5. Employer Deductions
By requesting an advance through PayRush, you authorize your employer to deduct the advanced amount plus any applicable transaction fees from your next scheduled paycheck.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms.
